The San Antonio District plans, designs, builds, operates and maintains the state transportation system in the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, McMullen, Medina, Uvalde, and Wilson.
Charles C. Benavidez, P.E., serves as district engineer.
