Transportation Programs Division

The Transportation Programs Division offers innovative solutions to optimize and streamline project and program delivery at TxDOT. We evolve business practices, create unified processes, and develop new technologies to deliver the right projects for Texas.

• Project and Portfolio Management (PPM): Provides mentorship, guidance, and support for project, program, and portfolio managers. Provides direct project management and project delivery support in partnership with districts.​

• Local Government Programs (LGP): Provides program oversight, guidance, and training to local government and TxDOT staff involved in programs funded with federal or state funds.​

• Engineering Operations Support (EOS): Represents engineering operations on IT application development and provides support for performance-based transportation project development and delivery resources through business analytics and reporting.​

• Center of Excellence (COE): Supports transportation project and program delivery through safety, training, customer service helpdesks, organizational change management, and business operations.
