The Alternative Delivery Division oversees TxDOT’s Alternative Delivery Program, which delivers projects through Design-Build contracts and Comprehensive Development Agreements. The division conducts feasibility studies for potential DB projects and provides support to TxDOT Districts throughout all phases of alternative delivery - procurement, design, construction, operations and maintenance.
