TxDOT Divisions
The Civil Rights Division (CIV) promotes opportunity and access within the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) operations and programs. CIV collaborates
department-wide on its initiatives and partners with various stakeholders
across the state to enhance the quality of life for all.
The Division works in coordination with the Departmental Office of Civil Rights at the Federal Highway Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, and the Federal Transit Administration.
Michael D. Bryant serves as director.
