Federal Affairs
Federal Affairs is responsible for TxDOT's interaction with Congress, the U.S. Department of Transportation and other federal agencies and national organizations.
The office responds to Congressional requests, covers Congressional hearings, prepares materials for legislative visits and provides educational briefings to Congressional members and staff. The office also researches, analyzes and tracks legislation.
