Apparent best value determination

On March 28, 2017, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC) approved the determination that the proposal submitted by Grand Parkway Infrastructure provided the apparent best value to the department.

Executed agreements

On June 30, 2017, TxDOT executed a Design-Build Agreement and associated Capital Maintenance Agreement with Grand Parkway Infrastructure for the design, construction and capital maintenance of the SH 99 Grand Parkway Project - Segments H, I-1 and I-2.
