SH 99 Segments H, I-1 and I-2 - request for qualifications (RFQ)

On June 26, 2014, the Texas Transportation Commission directed the department to publish a request for qualifications in Minute Order 113979 to develop, design, construct, and potentially maintain Grand Parkway Segments H, I-1, and all or part of I-2 in Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Chambers counties pursuant to a design-build contract.

An Industry Workshop was held on August 21, 2014 in advance of the release of the request for qualifications by TxDOT.

TxDOT received and evaluated qualifications submitted from proposer teams. On October 30, 2014, TxDOT announced the short list of teams to submit detailed proposals.
