SH 99 Grand Parkway Segments H, I-1 and I-2

TxDOT has evaluated the design, construction, and maintenance of the SH 99 Grand Parkway Segments H, I-1, and I-2 Project.  The project included constructing a two to four-lane toll facility from I-69/US 59 North near New Caney to west of SH 146 near Baytown, in Harris, Montgomery, Chambers, and Liberty counties.
