SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Design-Build - request for proposals (RFP)

On April 24, 2025, the Texas Transportation Commission, in Minute Order 116930, authorized the issuance of a request for proposals (RFP) to the shortlisted teams for the design, construction, and maintenance of the SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Design-Build Project in Galveston and Brazoria counties.
