SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1
Alternative Delivery projects
TxDOT is evaluating the design, construction, and potential maintenance of the SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Project in Galveston and Brazoria counties. The project consists of four new SH 99 tolled lanes (two in each direction) for approximately 14.2 miles, from I-45 South to south of FM 2403. Improvements include four direct connectors at the I-45 interchange, two direct connectors at the SH 35 interchange, and approximately 5 miles of operational improvements to SH 35.
