TxDOT held a Pre-Procurement Partnering Industry Workshop on April 11, 2024, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (CT) with industry partners to share information related to the development, procurement, and implementation of the SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment B-1 Project. The workshop was held in-person at the Houston District Auditorium located at 7600 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas 77007.

TxDOT conducted a first round of Pre-Procurement Partnering one-on-one meetings with design-build teams, prime contractors, or lead engineering firms on June 5 and 6, 2024, to discuss the development, procurement, and implementation of the Project. The one-on-one meetings were held at the Houston District office located at 7600 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas 77007.

TxDOT intends to conduct a second round of Pre-Procurement Partnering one-on-one meetings with design-build teams, prime contractors, or lead engineering firms on August 13 and 14, 2024. The one-on-one meetings will be held at the Houston District office located at 7600 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas 77007. Design-build teams, prime contractors, and lead engineering firms interested in attending a one-on-one meeting must express their interest via the Project mailbox on or before July 24, 2024.

Attendance at any workshop or one-on-one meetings is not mandatory and interested parties shall remain eligible to participate in future project solicitations if they do not attend. TxDOT is holding the workshop and one-on-one meetings solely to share and obtain information. It does not represent a commitment to issue a Request for Qualifications or a Request for Proposals in the future.
