Authorizations and approvals

On September 26, 2019, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), in Minute Order 115587, authorized the issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) to design, construct, and maintain the I-35 Northeast Expansion Project in Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe counties.

Also, on September 26, 2019, TxDOT announced the short list of the most qualified teams to submit a detailed proposal.
