Authorizations and approvals
On March 25, 2021, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), in Minute Order 115989, determined that the proposal submitted by Alamo NEX Construction provided the apparent best value to the department and approved the department to commence and complete negotiations with the winning proposer.
Executed documents
On July 22, 2021, TxDOT officials executed a Design-Build Contract (DBC) and associated Capital Maintenance Contract (CMC) with Alamo NEX Construction, LLC for the design, construction and capital maintenance of the I-35 NEX Central Project. The executed documents are available below.
