Transportation alternative projects
State Infrastructure Bank (SIB) - Transportation Loan Program
Projects eligible under the transportation alternative set aside program are eligible to use the SIB.
The SIB can be used to meet the local match requirement if transportation alternative grant funds were received.
Additionally, the SIB can be used to fund all or part of a transportation alternative project that did not receive grant funding but was eligible under the program. TxDOT will need to confirm eligibility of the project.
