Local match for federal Title 23 and Title 49 projects
State Infrastructure Bank (SIB) - Transportation Loan Program
Local governments can use the SIB to meet a local match for any program under Title 23 or Title 49. This includes a match for any grant or category funds received for projects eligible under Title 23 or Title 49. Additionally, local governments can use the SIB to complete a project that meets eligibility requirements under any program authorized in Title 23 or Title 49.
