(Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program)
The Public Transportation Division (PTN) requests applications for projects relating to FTA's Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program (49 U.S.C. 5310). Applications must be submitted via the Public Transportation Divisions eGrants system. For access to the eGrants system, contact the help desk.
The applications are available in eGrants starting on Jan. 31, 2023. Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. CST on March 17, 2023. Below are links to instructions and related information. PTN will offer webinars covering the application and will post responses to written questions concerning this call on the TxDOT website. This application opportunity is for a two-year period, the award cycle is for 2023-2025.

The Public Transportation Division requests applications from the designated lead agencies for the planning regions in Texas for funding to continue planning activities begun during the revision of the 2022-2026 coordination plans for FY 2023.

The Public Transportation Division (PTN) requests applications for Intercity Bus (49 U.S.C. 5311(f)) funding. The goal of this ICB Supplemental Call for Projects for Emergency Relief Funding is to provide operating assistance to eligible ICB carriers in order to preserve the network of intercity bus routes serving rural areas of the state in the wake of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Applications must be received no later than 5:00 PM CST on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021.

The purpose of this call for projects is to assist planning regions in Texas in developing, adopting and implementing a five-year public transit-human services transportation plan.
