TxDOT has evaluated the design, construction, and maintenance of the US 77 Upgrade from Kingsville to Driscoll Project. The project upgraded US 77 to interstate highway standards from north of East Corral Avenue/FM 1898 in Kingsville to south of CR 12/FM 3354 in Driscoll, Nueces County.
