On June 26, 2014, the Texas Transportation Commission conditionally awarded McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. to enter a design-build agreement for the SH 71 Toll Lanes Project.
TxDOT held a public hearing on July 17, 2014 concerning the disclosure of financial information for the SH 71 Toll Lanes Project. Questions and comments were accepted at the public hearing. The summary is available for review.
Executed agreements
