Segments 1 and 2W

The Comprehensive Development Agreement for a concession, North Tarrant Express Segments 1 and 2W (June 23, 2009), includes the design, development, construction, finance, maintenance, and operation of 13 miles along I-820 and SH 121/SH 183 from I-35W to the SH 121 split in Tarrant County.

Segments 3A, 3B, and 3C

The Amended and Restated Facility Agreement for Segments 3A, 3B, and 3C (July 30, 2019) includes the design, construction, finance, maintenance, and operation of 18 miles of improvements on I-35W from north of I-30 to Eagle Parkway, in Tarrant and Denton counties.
