North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP) 3C-2

TxDOT held a Pre-Procurement Partnering Industry Workshop on July 28, 2025 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (CT) with industry partners to share information related to the development, procurement, and implementation of the NHHIP 3C-2 Project (Project). The workshop was held in person in the Houston District Auditorium located at 7600 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas 77007.

TxDOT held two rounds of Pre-Procurement Partnering one-on-one meetings with design-build teams, prime contractors, or lead engineering firms at the Houston District office to discuss the development, procurement, and implementation of the Project. The first round of one-on-one meetings were held September 9-11, 2025 and the second round of one-on-one meetings were held January 13 and 14, 2026.

Attendance at the workshop and one-on-one meetings was not mandatory and interested parties shall remain eligible to participate in future project solicitations if they did not attend. TxDOT held the workshop and one-on-one meetings solely to share and obtain information. It does not represent a commitment to issue a Request for Qualifications or a Request for Proposals in the future.
