Authorizations and approvals
On May 30, 2019, the Texas Transportation Commission approved the determination that the proposal submitted by Pegasus Link Constructors provides the apparent best value to TxDOT.
On July 18, 2019, TxDOT held a Public Hearing on Disclosure of Financial Information for the LBJ East Project. Documentation was provided in a Documentation of Public Hearing Summary.
Executed documents
On August 22, 2019, TxDOT officials executed a Design-Build Contract (DBC) and associated Capital Maintenance Agreement (CMA) with Pegasus Link Constructors for the design, construction and capital maintenance of the I-635 LBJ East Project. These documents are available below.
