Environmental Impact Statement Reports
Environmental programs
Transportation Code Section 201.811(b) and 43 TAC Section 2.107(e)(2) both state that the project sponsor will document the number of positive, negative and neutral public comments received at a public hearing regarding an environmental impact statement. This information must be presented to the TxDOT Commission in an open meeting and reported on the department’s website.
