TxDOT Aviation Division is thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the 43rd Texas Aviation Conference, which will be held May 5-8, 2025, at Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center in Denton, Texas.

Aviation Service Awards

It’s that time of the year to start accepting nominations for the Annual Airport Service Awards. The Due date for nominations is Friday, December 20, 2024.

Nominations can be made by anyone: TxDOT staff, airports, consultants, tenants, or businesses. 

Nominations are now being accepted. Please submit your nomination by filling out this form. Supplemental documentation and pictures may be uploaded to support your nomination.

Nominations are requested for the following categories:

• National / Regional Airport of the Year
• Local/ Basic / Unclassified Airport Manager of the Year
• State Airport of the Year
• Airport Professional of the Year
• Airport Project of the Year
• Aviation Educator of the Year (K-12 teacher)
• RAMP Coordinator of the Year
