Aircraft travel for official state business

TxDOT's Flight Services provides personalized air travel tailored to the needs of state officials, employees, and contractors conducting official state business. All flights must comply with applicable state laws and regulations, as confirmed by the administrative head of the requesting agency.
Pre-Flight
- Submit a flight request form.
- Flight coordination will provide a price estimate based on your request; flight time and ancillaries accrued.
- Complete Authorization of Use Form for all non-legislative passengers.
Check-In
- Arrive at TXDOT Flight Services at least 30 minutes prior to ensure a timely departure. Map of facility ("open parking").
- Luggage capacity and limitations.
- Individual travelers will complete an affadavit on-site prior to boarding.
Post-Flight
- Services invoice provided within 15 days via email with a remittance address.
- Please complete our satisfaction survey.
