Every two years, the Texas Legislature sets performance measures and targets in the General Appropriations Act.

These measures align with TxDOT’s official budget structure and are regularly reported to the Legislative Budget Board (LBB). Each budget goal supports one or more of TxDOT’s seven strategic goals featured on the Performance Dashboard.

The following charts are organized by budget structure goal and display performance measures for the FY 2024-2025 biennium, along with the results for FY 2024 as submitted to the Legislative Budget Board in September 2024.
