Texas Transportation Commission Meeting
On May 25, 2023, the Texas Transportation Commission, by Minute Order 116481, approved the determination that the proposal submitted by Lone Star Constructors, NEX provides the apparent best value to TxDOT.
Executed agreements
On Aug. 16, 2023, TxDOT officials executed a Design-Build Contract (DBC) and associated Capital Maintenance Contract (CMC) with Lone Star Constructors, NEX for the design, construction, and maintenance of the I-35 NEX South Project. This serves as notice of Final Award of the DBC and CMC for the I-35 NEX South Project and is hereby posted on the project webpage on Aug. 18, 2023.
