Authorizations and approvals
On May 24, 2018, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), in Minute Order 115221, authorized the issuance of a request for qualification (RFQ) for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the interchange of the I-2/I-69C in Hidalgo County.
On June 19, 2018, TxDOT held an Industry Workshop for the project.
