About TxDOTTxDOT evaluated the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the interchange of I-2/I-69C in Hidalgo County. The project limits on I-2 are from 2nd Street in McAllen to FM 2557 in San Juan and on I-69C from Nolana Loop to I-2 in Pharr.
