Authorizations and approvals
On December 19, 2013, the Texas Transportation Commission authorized TxDOT to conditionally award Austin-Angel, JV, who provided the apparent best value to the department to design, construct, reconstruct, rehabilitate, and/or repair the Energy Sector Repair Project.
Executed agreements
On Feb. 10, 2014, TxDOT officials executed a design-build contract for the design and construction of the Energy Sector Roadway Repair Project.
