DFW Connector - executed agreements

On March 26, 2009, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC) approved the determination that the proposal submitted by NorthGate Constructors, JV, provided the apparent best value to the department to develop, design, and construct and potentially finance and maintain the SH 360 Project.

On October 6, 2009, TxDOT executed a comprehensive development agreement (CDA) with NorthGate Constructors, J.V. to to design and build additional lanes along the State Highway (SH) 114/SH 121 corridor, known as the DFW Connector. The executed agreements are found below.
