RULIS training for external partners

TxDOT provides training and training materials to support consultants who access the Right of Way Utility and Leasing Information System (RULIS). With each release, RULIS offers opportunities for consultants to attend virtual training sessions to prepare for the new functionality. Training materials are always available and include job aids and interactive training modules.

RULIS support

Starting June 23, 2025, the ROW_Applications_Helpdesk (RAH) will no longer provide direct support to external RULIS customers. If an external RULIS customer contacts RAH, the team
will direct the customer to contact their district permit coordinator for all support. This includes systems issues, training questions, and administrative requests (rollbacks, migrations, password resets, and permit deletions).
