Innovative Transportation in Texas

The Innovative Transportation in Texas Program explores, identifies, and implements an array of safety and other enhancements to continuously improve the Texas transportation system and address the needs of a rapidly growing state.

TxDOT’s 25 districts work to develop innovative tools and processes to improve the use of resources, materials, human capital, and technology while also increasing roadway safety.
