I-2/I-69C Interchange - RFQ

TxDOT is seeking qualifications statements (QS) from teams interested in entering into a Design-Build Contract (DBC) in response to a RFQ to design, develop, construct, and potentially maintain approximately 7.8 miles of improvements along I-2 from just west of 2nd Street to just east of FM 2557 (S. Stewart Road) and along I-69C from Nolana Loop to I-2 in the cities of McAllen, Pharr, and San Juan, in Hidalgo County (I-2/I-69C Interchange Project).

Qualification Teams - On Aug. 7, 2018, TxDOT posted the list of qualification teams and their equity members for the I-2/I-69C Interchange Project.

RFQ shortlist teams

On Aug. 30, 2018, TxDOT announced the shortlist of the most qualified teams to compete for the I-2/I-69C Interchange Project Design-Build Contract. The teams are invited to submit a detailed proposal.
