I-35E - RFQ

TxDOT is seeking qualifications statements (QS) from teams interested in entering into a Design-Build Contract (DBC) and an associated Capital Maintenance Contract (CMC) in response to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to design, construct and maintain improvements in the I-35E corridor from I-635 to the Denton County line in Dallas County (I-35E Phase 2 Project).

Qualification teams – On July 2, 2020, TxDOT posted the list of qualification teams and their equity members for the I-35E Phase 2 Project.

RFQ shortlist teams

On July 30, 2020, TxDOT announced the shortlist of the most qualified teams to compete for the I-35E Phase 2 Project Design-Build Contract. The teams will be invited to submit a detailed proposal.
