Authorizations and approvals
On April 27, 2017, the Texas Transportation Commission approved the determination that the proposal submitted by Pegasus Link Constructors provides the apparent best value to the department for the Southern Gateway Project.
Executed documents
On June 30, 2017, TxDOT officials executed a design-build agreement and associated capital maintenance agreement with Pegasus Link Constructors for the design, construction and capital maintenance of the Southern Gateway Project. These documents are available below.
