Authorizations and approvals
On June 29, 2017, the Texas Transportation Commission approved the determination that the proposal submitted by WBCCI, LLC, provided the apparent best value to TxDOT.
Executed agreements
On Oct. 3, 2017, TxDOT officials executed a design-build agreement and associated capital maintenance agreement with WBCCI, LLC, for the design, construction, and capital maintenance of the SH 249 Extension. The executed agreements are available below.
