US 181 Harbor Bridge Replacement - CDA amendments and change orders

The Texas Department of Transportation’s budget in the General Appropriations Act limits TxDOT’s expenditure of appropriated funds to amend Comprehensive Development Agreements (CDAs) or issue change orders under a CDA without the approval of the Legislative Budget Board. Not all amendments and change orders involve the expenditure of appropriated funds.  This webpage contains information pertaining to CDA amendments and change orders for the US 181 Harbor Bridge Replacement Project (since November 2023) regardless of the use of appropriated funds to implement the amendment or change order or General Appropriations Act requirements.
