Public meeting process

TxDOT is committed to working closely with the community on this study. Public meetings are intended to present information and gather feedback from the community. You have an opportunity to provide feedback at various milestones in the study, as shown below.

Public participation opportunities

TxDOT is conducting a public meeting with two in-person open house meetings and materials available virtually/online. Virtual meeting materials will be available starting on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, by 5 p.m. via the links below.

Additionally, TxDOT is providing two in-person open house meeting options for individuals who would like to participate.
