Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed FM 2964 widening project and that the FONSI is available for public review. |
| Description | The proposed project would widen and reconstruct FM 2964 from SH 110 to FM 346 in Smith County, Texas. The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at TxDOT – Tyler District Office, 2709 W. Front St., Tyler, TX 75702. They are also available online at txdot.gov.
