Virtual Public Meeting - US 67/ US 87 Relief Route Study
The pre-recorded virtual meeting presentation will be available from Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. until Friday, Feb. 5, 2021, at 11:59 p.m.
Additionally, TxDOT will host a live virtual public meeting on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to present the same recorded presentation with a 30-minute question-and-answer session since no in-person meeting will be held.

TxDOT is conducting the US 67/ US 87 Relief Route Study (Study) with study limits from US 67/277 northeast of San Angelo to US 87 north of San Angelo in Tom Green County, Texas. The virtual public meeting (no in-person meeting) will include a pre-recorded presentation which will be available for viewing on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. Additionally, TxDOT will host a live virtual public meeting on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to present the same recorded presentation with a 30-minute question-and-answer session. If you do not have internet access, you may call (325) 947-9202 to ask questions about the project and access project materials at any time during the project development process. Comments must be received on or before Friday, Feb. 5, 2021, to be included in the official record.
The goal of the Study is to identify a safe alternative to US 277 to improve mobility and ease future traffic congestion by connecting US 277 to US 87 north of San Angelo.
The virtual public meeting will be conducted in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated Dec. 9, 2019, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT.
