Virtual Public Meeting - FM Spur 121 (Grayson Parkway)

Purpose:
The purpose of the virtual public meeting is to gather public input on the proposed new location roadway from CR 60 to FM 121 in Grayson County, Texas, referred to as the FM Spur 121 (Grayson Parkway). A pre‑recorded presentation regarding the project will be available at the date and time above. The presentation will include both audio and visual components. Comments must be received by August 12, 2020, to be part of the official record.
Description:
The project will construct a new location, two-lane, undivided state roadway from CR 60 (near the Denton/Grayson County line), north to FM 121 (west of the City of Gunter), a distance of approximately 4.5 miles.
The proposed project would, subject to final design considerations, require right-of-way with no residential or commercial displacements.

Memorandum of Understanding:
The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being, or have been, carried-out by TxDOT pursuant to 23 U.S.C. 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated December 9, 2019, and executed by the Federal Highway Administration and TxDOT.
