Description:

The project is proposing to make minor modifications to the existing medians from I-45 to Richey Street. The project would replace the continuous two-way left turn lane along SH 3 from Richey Street to the Galveston County line with raised medians. These raised medians would include left turn lanes in both directions to provide access to the cross-connecting roadways throughout the project area. No displacements are anticipated for this proposed project.
