Notice of availability of final environmental assessment
| Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a final environmental assessment (EA) for the proposed SL 1853 Madisonville Loop project, and that the final EA is available for public review. |
| Description | The approved final EA is on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at TxDOT Bryan District Office, 2591 North Earl Rudder Freeway, Bryan, TX 77803, 979-778-9719. It is also on this webpage. Pursuant to 23 CFR 771.119(h), TxDOT will issue a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for this project no sooner than 30 days after the issuance of this notice of availability. For further information or to request a copy of the approved final EA, please contact the TxDOT Planning Engineer, at 979-778-9719 or by email as shown in the notice. |
