Purpose The purpose of the open house is to introduce the Study, share background information, and gather feedback from local communities throughout the Study area from Rogers in Bell County to Huntsville in Walker County. This is the first round of public open houses for this Study. The same information and exhibits will be shared at each open house; both in-person and virtually.
Description The TxDOT Bryan District is studying the future I-14 Central Texas Corridor, from Rogers in Bell County to Huntsville in Walker County. This Study will determine the feasibility of a corridor and route for a roadway that meets interstate standards. Additionally, the Study will include an evaluation of the more recently designated future Loop I-214, which is expected to co-align with I-14 around Bryan College Station. If you have any general questions or concerns regarding the Study, please contact the I-14 Central Texas Corridor Study Team at 979-484-7358 or BRY_Interstate14@txdot.gov
Accessibility The in-person open house will be conducted in English. Project materials will be available in English for both meeting formats. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or have difficulty communicating in English, one will be provided to you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs. If you need interpretation or translation services or you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation to attend and participate in the in-person or virtual open house, please contact the I-14 Central Texas Corridor Study Team at 979-484-7358 no later than 4 p.m. CT, Friday, Oct. 13, 2023.
