Description:

The revision of the Rural TIP included the addition of two Transportation Alternative projects in Hallsville and New Boston. In the City of New Boston, TxDOT is proposing to construct a sidewalk along South Elm Street, North Elm Street, West Lion Drive, Northeast Front Street, and North Ellis Street.

The Rural TIP meetings are being held pursuant to Title 43, Texas Administrative Code, Section 16.102, which calls for an opportunity for public comment concerning the program. A short presentation and exhibits showing the revision to the Rural TIP and the projects included was displayed during the virtual public meeting.
