SL 390/US 59 Relief Route (Future I-369) - Notice of availability of finding of no significant impact (FONSI)
Purpose | This notice advises the public that the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has issued a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) for the proposed SL 390/US 59 Relief Route (Future I-369) and that the FONSI is available for public review. |
Description | The new-location roadway would be designed to interstate standards and eventually become part of the future Interstate Highway 369 (I-369), part of the I-69 system through Texas. The proposed project extends approximately 4.9 miles, from 0.7 mile north of US 80 to I-20. The proposed project would also include improvements to approximately three miles of I-20 from 0.55 mile east of US 59 to Farm-to-Market 31 (FM 31)/Elysian Fields Road in Harrison County, Texas. The FONSI and approved final environmental assessment (EA) are on file and available for inspection Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at TxDOT Atlanta District Office located at 701 E. Main Street, Atlanta, Texas.
