In-person details | Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023 TxDOT is also providing an in-person meeting option for individuals who would like to participate in person, instead of online. The in-person meeting will be conducted as an open house, a come-and-go style meeting, and attendees will be able to review the same materials and presentation as the online public meeting. |
Purpose | TxDOT will be conducting a virtual public meeting with an in-person option to present the revised design for the proposed SL 390/US 59 Relief Route (future I-369) project. The limits of the proposed project would extend from 0.7 mile north of US 80 to I-20 in Harrison County and include improvements to approximately three miles of I-20 from 0.55 mile east of US 59 to FM 31/Elysian Fields Road. This public meeting will present the latest project design, which has been revised since the August 2021 public meeting. The main project changes include shortening the project to no longer extend past I-20, improving approximately 3 miles of I-20, and revising the design to further minimize impacts to the water resources. |
