The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is conducting an open house to discuss safety and mobility needs on the I-20 corridor in both Taylor and Callahan Counties from SH 351 to near Buck Creek Road/CR 108. TxDOT currently has funds to widen I-20 from SH 351 to the Taylor/Callahan County line. TxDOT aims to identify additional long-term safety and mobility solutions and this effort will include multiple opportunities for public involvement. The purpose of the open house is to request input from the community regarding safety and mobility needs on the I-20 corridor with the study limits of SH 351 to near Buck Creek Road / CR 108. There will be no formal presentation. Attendees can come and go at their convenience to learn more, talk to the study team, and provide input.

TxDOT makes every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of the public. The public meeting will be conducted in English. Persons interested in attending who have special communication needs or needs an interpreter, are encouraged to contact (512) 342-3281.  Requests should be made at least two days prior to the public meeting.
