The Unified Transportation Program (UTP) is a 10-year plan to guide transportation project development and construction and consists of 12 Categories.

Category 7 - STP MM

Category 7 is part of the Surface Transportation Program that is set aside for urbanized areas with populations greater than 200,000 for metro mobility (STP MM).
