Categories 5 and 7 programming and utilization

There are three dashboards available to aid in monitoring a Metropolitan Planning Organization’s (MPO) compliance with the Category 5 (CMAQ) and Category 7 (STP-MM) Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §16.154 rules governing carryover percentages. The dashboards include funding and projects programmed in the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year.

• Current Fiscal Year Programming by Category
  • This dashboard displays all projects programmed in the current fiscal year by Category, MPO and Approved/Pending/Saved funding line status.
